A bit about Ash
A few years ago, Ashleigh unexpectedly woke up to a day she was sure would never come -- a day when ministry and friendships she had built for decades evaporated. Learning to overcome bitterness and disillusionment, Ashleigh gradually emerged into a life of stability and joy. She loves nothing more than to help lift other women from dark valleys to the mountain top of healing, joy, and purpose.Ashleigh is a boy Mom with three sons in their early twenties and two delightful daughters-in-law. She is besotted with her Golden Doodle, Dear Miss Holly … oh, er, and also with PJ, her husband of thirty years. Her love for dessert keeps her active and outdoorsy.Ashleigh speaks at Women’s Events on the themes of Surviving Storms, Enjoying Jesus, and Loving Being a Mom. With candor, disarming humor, and the wisdom of a seasoned role-model, she warms the hearts of any audience. She has coached and mentored scores of women over twenty-five years of ministry and motherhood. Ashleigh has a Bachelors in Psychology and English and a Master’s in Education. She is a certified Christian Life Coach with the National Association of Christian Counsellors.PJ and Ashleigh co-authored the parenting trilogy “Socially Delightful Kids,” “Self-Controlled Kids,” and “Kids who know Jesus,” and “Ready or Knot” – a course book for couples preparing for marriage.
